This quaint 70's waterfront shack has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bedroom has views looking out over the river. There is a separate sleep out under the main roof with another queen bed and 2 singles. Attached to this is the old Boat Shed where you will find an 8 ball table & darts board. There is one bathroom and a laundry with a drinks fridge. The open plan living area including a well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room, also has water views.

The property is located at the beginning of the Coorong near the Murray Mouth. You can launch your own boat off the Mundoo Channel public boat launch just down the road then tie up at the jetty right in front of the property. Goolwa is 10 minutes away, with Middleton and Pt Elliot a little further on. Enjoy all their attractions including bakeries, restaurants, cafes, beaches and markets.

The front yard facing the water's edge is not fully fenced and so we suggest the property is not suitable for families with very small children. The rear yard is fully fenced and has ample parking.
